"I’m 83 years old and after submitting to BBC a blood test in Carson City, Nevada I left the blood test facility and tried to start my old car in 90+ degree heat and no A/C working. I tried to get help many times from their LabCorps door was locked and no response. I suffered from the heat in my car until I couldn’t stand it any more, struggled to a shady spot on the sidewalk in front of the LabCorp office. I couldn’t even stand up so I laid down in the sidewalk. I called your State Farm office to ask fir roadside assistance. When I told the agent who answered about my condition needing water she contacted for roadside help and said she’d bring me some cool water. She did both. I think that water saved my life as I was soaking wet from sweat and almost delirious. So many things went wrong, but not your State Farm agent. Many thanks. PS: I switched to State Farm Insurance almost 20 years ago because when one of your clients accidentally hit my car. I was amazed about efficiently you handled my claim, so I switched to State Farm a couple days later. Please, keep up the excellent work! Nick Nicosia."
