"I spent an hour on the phone with Mercedes going over a quote she was attempting to write for a four unit building. Turns out she misquoted the policy as a duplex even after I repeatedly told her it was four units. Apparently Mercedes and this agency has never quoted a four unit building before and were lost but pretended they knew what they were doing. Mercedes couldn't answer basic questions about the policy she was attempting to quote, putting me on hold several times to run and go ask Debbie her coworker that also had no clue. I gave Mercedes another chance to write the quote correctly and never heard back even after more phone calls checking back with them. If you don't know how to write the policy correctly say so, so I'm not wasting more time with your agency. Honestly it was a blessing that they didn't write the policy, who knows what I would have ended up with? There's only 50 other State Farm agency's in the area, I suggest staying clear of this one. Actually Mert, you're incorrect, my existing non-State Farm policy is written correctly as a four unit structure. Another mistake on you're part, once again you're making my point. You and your team have no idea how to quote a four unit policy."

"The service at Mert Lewis’s State Farm Insurance agency has provided me with stellar service for years. Her agents are very personable and professional. One of the agents there Lydia,was willing to come down to the office on the weekend, her day off and notorized change of title to complete an insurance transaction. The whole office staff has been welcoming cheerful and professional every time I come to the office. I would wholeheartedly recommend this agency to anyone. I’ve had nothing but a positive great experience since I’ve been doing business with them!"
